During a SCIO biofeedback session the client wears wrist and ankle bracelets as well as a head band.<\/p>

The sensors-electrodes in these bracelets -head band confortably read electrical impulses from the body, and send the information to the computer system – which acts as a monitoring device. The biofeedback practitioner is able to support the client as to what specific areas of the body \u2013 mind are most in need of stress reduction and re-balancing, based on the information translated from the device to the computer screen.<\/p>

These data findings allow the client to better understand their reactions to stress and how to better cope and deal with it. While the bio feedback process is completely non-invasive and gentle, this powerful stress management support system allows relaxation and increased ability for the body to reset itself.<\/p>

Our body is designed to heal itself. The process of bio feedback helps the body to remember the balanced and stress -free state. When it is entrained to the healthier patterns of a relaxed state, this process of self regeneration often happens naturally.\u00a0

Some people respond very quickly, especially those whose life style choices are already aligned with good health. Others people need multiple sessions to \u201crelearn\u201d healthier patterns.<\/span><\/p>
